The Civil Engineering Department, Nirma University, organized an expert lecture on “Importance of Structural Analysis for Preventing Structural Failures” on 28 September 2026.
The session was delivered by Mr. KUNAL TALSANIYA, Senior Structural Consultant, EBM Engineers, Ahmedabad, and was attended by students of B.Tech. Semester V enrolled in the ASM elective course and M.Tech. (CASAD) Semester I.
The lecture provided students with an opportunity to gain practical insights from an industry professional and understand the importance of structural analysis in the safe and reliable design of structures. Such interactions help bridge the gap between theoretical concepts taught in the classroom and their application in professional structural engineering practice.
