On October 3, 2023, the Institute of Technology at Nirma University celebrated its 29th Foundation Day in a remarkable way. This year, the celebration was organized by the Organization of Civil Engineering Students (OrCES) in collaboration with the NSS, NVM, and the Blind People Association in Vastrapur, Ahmedabad.
The event aimed to promote inclusivity and compassion. Special guests, including students from NVM Miroli and members of the Blind People Association, were welcomed with open arms. The NVM students explored the university and interacted with faculty and students, while the students of Nirma University, Blind People Association and Miroli
This celebration wasn’t just about marking an academic milestone it was about fostering empathy, bridging gaps, and promoting the values of education as a tool for social transformation.
