SVNIT Surat has organized 3 days international conference IGC 2019 – GeoINDUS: Geotechnics for Infrastructure Development & Uranisation, from 19/12/2019 to 21/12/2019 at Surat. Under 13 different themes of the conference, it has provided platform to more than 400 technical papers and poster. Prof.Ronak Kotadia has presented her paper “Rationalization of LRFD for Safe Bearing Capacity of Shallow Footings to Incorporate the Type of Shear Failure” and she has won “Best Presentation Award”. The department congratulates Prof.Kotadia on her achievement.
