The Civil Engineering Department, Nirma University, successfully organized an expert session on “Application of Geospatial Technologies in Civil Engineering Domain” on 30 September 2026.
The session was delivered by Ms. Ankita Sindhu, ESRI India, providing students with valuable exposure to the applications of geospatial technologies in the field of Civil Engineering.
The session helped students understand the relevance of geospatial tools and technologies in addressing contemporary civil engineering challenges and highlighted the growing role of geospatial technologies in modern engineering practice.
