Two of B.Tech Civil Engineering (Semester-VI) students, Nensi Sachapara (22BCL090) and Hasti Trivedi (22BCL106), have been selected for the Student Startup and Innovation Policy (SSIP Gujarat) 2.0 program by the Government of Gujarat!
Their innovative project, “NanaTex: Banana Fibre (Pseudostem Fibre) Geotextile for Sustainable Soil Solution,” has been awarded a funding grant of ₹1,50,000/- under this prestigious initiative.
Guided by the mentors, Dr. Naman Kantesaria and Dr. Hasan M Rangwala, this project aims to explore the potential of banana fiber-based geotextiles in sustainable geotechnical applications.
