The Civil Engineering Department, Nirma University, proudly announces that our student team has secured First Position in both the Preliminary Round and the Final Cluster Round of the Concrete Catalyst – Ahmedabad (AMD) Cluster.
The competition witnessed participation from 30 teams in the preliminary round, out of which 15 teams advanced to the Final Cluster Round. Demonstrating outstanding technical competence, analytical depth, and structured problem-solving abilities, Team Anvesi emerged as the winner at both stages.
The Ahmedabad cluster featured reputed institutions including the Indian Institute of Technology Gandhinagar, Pandit Deendayal Energy University, CEPT University, L.D. College of Engineering, Vishwakarma Government Engineering College, LDRP Institute of Technology and Research, along with several other prominent colleges.

The team was mentored by Dr Tejas Joshi from the department, who guided them throughout the competition.
With this achievement, Team Anvesi has qualified for the State-Level Finals, where the top three teams from five clusters, representing more than 70 colleges across Gujarat, will compete.
The State-Level Finals will be held on 15th March 2026 at CEPT University.
