The Civil Engineering Department, Nirma University successfully organized a three-day hands-on training programme on Autodesk Forma for Construction (previously Autodesk Construction Cloud – ACC) for students of Semester VII, B.Tech Civil Engineering Minor in Construction Technology and Management (CTM).
The training was conducted under the course 4CL204DE25 – Computer Applications in Construction Management, with the objective of providing students with practical exposure to contemporary digital tools and workflows used in the construction industry.
We are pleased to have Mr. Raghavendra Jayamangal, Autodesk, as the expert trainer who delivered the sessions and provided students with valuable insights into the practical application of Autodesk’s digital construction ecosystem.
The programme was coordinated by Mr. Suvam Chatterjee, Autodesk, and Dr. Lukman E Mansuri, Department of Civil Engineering, Nirma University.
We sincerely thank Autodesk for supporting this initiative and for providing our students with an opportunity to learn directly from industry experts.
Such industry–academia collaborations play an important role in preparing future civil engineers to confidently adopt digital technologies, collaborative workflows, and data-driven approaches in construction.
